Reservations and Confirmations

A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit payment and written confirmation from our team.
Personalized experiences (private boats, tours, workshops, or special dinners) must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
For premium services or private events, we recommend booking one week in advance.
Payments
A 30–50% deposit is required at the time of booking (depending on the service).
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the experience or as indicated in the confirmation.
We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Changes
We know plans can change, so we offer flexible policies:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the reserved date.
Cancellations between 7 and 3 days prior: 30% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior: no refund will be issued.
In case of adverse weather conditions, TopLakeComo will offer a free rescheduling or a partial refund, depending on the type of experience.
Weather Conditions
Safety is always our priority.
In case of bad weather or a lake alert:
An alternative of equal value will be offered (such as culinary experiences, land tours, or wine tastings).
If the client does not accept the alternative, a partial refund will be issued based on costs already incurred.
Groups and Private Experiences
Private experiences can be tailored to groups, families, or corporate events.
Special conditions apply for groups of more than 8 people.
TopLakeComo can offer additional services upon request: transportation, photographer, guide, translator, or personal concierge.
Image Rights
During the experiences, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify our team before the activity begins.
Sustainability and Local Respect
At TopLakeComo, we promote responsible and sustainable tourism:
Avoid leaving any waste or damaging local flora.
Respect the rules of the villas, gardens, and natural areas of the lake.
