1. How can I book an experience or rental with TopLakeComo?

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email with your preferred dates and type of experience. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm availability and begin tailoring your itinerary.

2. Do you offer customized experiences?

Absolutely. Every service we offer — from boat days to villa stays or private events — can be personalized to reflect your preferences. We’ll design your experience around your style, timing, and vision.

3. How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (May to September), we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for boat charters and private villas. However, our team will always do its best to accommodate last-minute requests.

4. What’s included in a private boat charter?

Each charter includes a private skipper, fuel, towels, refreshments, and a bottle of champagne. You can also add an aperitivo, lunch stop, or a custom itinerary upon request.

5. Can you organize transportation to and from my hotel or villa?

Yes, we can arrange private transfers by car, boat, or even helicopter. Our concierge team ensures every detail of your journey is seamless — from airport arrival to lakeside pickup.

6. Do you provide multilingual staff or guides?

Yes. We collaborate with local professionals who speak English, Italian, Spanish, and French. If you require another language, please let us know in advance and we’ll make the arrangements.

7. Are pets allowed on board or in villas?

Many of our partners are pet-friendly, but it depends on the property or boat. Please mention this when booking so we can match you with the right options.

 

8. What happens in case of bad weather?

For experiences on the lake, we always prioritize safety. If weather conditions prevent your activity, we’ll offer an alternative date, route, or a full credit for rescheduling.

 

9. Do you work with wedding planners or agencies?

Yes — we regularly collaborate with wedding and event professionals through our creative partner, Casa Convivium. If you represent an agency, please reach out to our B2B team for partnership details.

 

10. Can I create a multi-day itinerary with several experiences?

Of course. We specialize in designing multi-day journeys that combine boat tours, dining, wellness, and local discoveries — all curated to flow naturally and beautifully from day to day.

 

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and secure online payments. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the experience.

 

12. Can you arrange private chefs or special meals?

Yes — we collaborate with a network of private chefs and local restaurants to create custom dining experiences, from candlelit dinners in your villa to aperitivos at sunset on a boat.

 

13. Is there a minimum duration for rentals?

Boat charters are available starting from 2 hours, while villas typically require a 2-night minimum. Helicopter tours and transfers can be arranged based on your schedule.

 

14. Do you offer gift cards or surprise experiences?

Yes. You can gift any of our experiences — we’ll prepare a beautifully designed digital invitation and help you plan every detail of the surprise.
