Refund Policy

General Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of the experience.
→ 100% of the payment made will be refunded.

Between 7 and 3 days before: 70% of the total amount will be refunded (or 30% of the deposit will be retained).

With less than 72 hours notice: no refund will be made, since the services and suppliers will already be confirmed.

No-shows (absences without notice): no type of refund is made.

Meteorological Conditions

Safety and customer experience are our priority.

If the lake or weather conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out (boat, outdoor workshop, walk, etc.), we offer:

Free rescheduling on another available date, or

Equivalent change of experience (e.g. wine tasting, cultural visit or shore tour), or

Partial refund, depending on logistics costs already incurred.

In case of suspension due to force majeure (storms, security alerts, official closures), TopLakeComo will not charge penalties and an alternative will always be offered.

Group Reservations or Private Experiences

For large groups (more than 8 people) or personalized experiences (private boat, exclusive dinners, special workshops):

Free cancellation applies up to 10 days before.
Between 10 and 5 days before, 30% of the deposit will be retained.
With less than 5 days notice, no refund will be made.

Date Changes or Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

In most cases, it can be rescheduled at no additional cost within 90 days.
